Jacob is responsible for building relations between Facebook and legislators, regulators, NGOs and other communities. Before joining Facebook, he worked at UPC Polska and PWC. He gained international experience in digital economy, among all, in Brussels, working for Belgacom on the digital agenda and European regulations.
