
For over twenty years Adam has been holding different leadership positions in R&D organizations of large corporations in telecommunication and consumer electronics industry. He has been working on, and successfully delivered hundreds of projects for business and retail customers globally. He contributed to and implemented numerous innovations for market leading products and services. In his current role Adam is responsible for strategic R&D planning, project portfolio management, internal and open innovation programs at Samsung Poland. This includes collaboration with top universities and research institutes, startup search and acceleration, and championing internal innovative ideas and turning them into profitable businesses. Adam has software engineering background and obtained MS degree from Poznan University of Technology. He also graduated from LEAD: Corporate Innovation Certificate program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
